A History Week Event
Featuring stories of First Nations people empowered to overcome the legacy of dispossession and assimilation; uncovering family histories of colonial settlement and the pathway to reconciliation after truth telling.
A display which traces and celebrates the Kaurna presence within the Unley Municipality.
Free, bookings not required

ABC Program: Speaking Out
Speaking Out with Larissa Behrendt considers Politics, Arts and Culture from a range of Indigenous perspectives. SPEAKING OUT airs on Radio National on Fridays at 12 noon and is replayed on Sundays on ABC Local Radio at 9pms. It is also conveniently available (including back issues) as a Podcast. Worth listening to.
Book Launch: Reflecting on the Voice

Celebrating the launch of Andrew Gunstone’s Reflections on the Voice: During and After the Campaign.
Professor Andrew Gunstone is a leading authority in reconciliation. He is Associate Deputy Vice-Chancellor Reconciliation and Professor Indigenous Studies at Federation University, where he leads the National Centre for Reconciliation, Truth, and Justice.
